Building on the legacy of Gagasan Nadi Cergas Berhad, we leverage our design-and-build expertise to undertake major projects, including supporting the national agenda by delivering affordable value-driven housing for the rakyat.
Launch of Kemensah Heights
In the heart of the prestigious Kemensah Heights, our journey of crafting timeless elegance began with the debut of our exquisitely designed semi-detached villas. Phase 1 marked its completion in 2004, setting a new standard for luxury living, while Phase 2 followed in 2008, creating an exclusive community where every detail reflected our commitment to build lasting value.
Launch of Hevea Kemensah
We introduced our Semi-Detached, Semi-Detached Cluster, and Superlink homes in two phases. Phase 1 began in 2012, completed in 2015, while Phase 2 was completed in 2016. These homes stand as a testament to the exceptional vision of Inside Out Design (IOD) acclaimed Thai architect.
Ventures in Property Development
Building on our core specialisation in design-and-build and concept innovation, we embarked on the formal journey of property development with the birth of Nadi Cergas Development Sdn Bhd.
Launch of Antara Residence
A bold high-rise concept in Putrajaya: the first condominium project in Malaysia with a sky garden on every residential floor, topped with a roof garden to foster close community living. This one-of-a-kind development boasts panoramic and stunning views of Malaysia’s capital city.
Launch of Selindung Daun
A mixed development masterplan that spans across 116 acres amidst a tranquil backdrop of Selangor’s treasure trove of Ulu Yam offering a variety of terrace and semi-detached homes, as well as affordable houses of design and quality comparable to their more expensive counterparts, supported by comprehensive landscapes, commercial, community and recreational facilities.
Launch of Idaman Bukit Jelutong
We took it upon ourselves to support the Selangor State's aspirations of providing affordable homes to the rakyat through the Idaman initiative with the inaugural launch of the first of our many Idaman projects in Bukit Jelutong. Above and beyond the requirements of the Selangor State, we undertake to provide amenities mostly found only in more luxurious condo developments: swimming pool, games courts, gymnasium, jogging paths, outdoor fitness equipment, comprehensive landscapes and more, without compromising design and quality.
Launch of Idaman Kwasa Damansara
Our second undertaking in the Idaman Homes series is strategically situated in the much heralded and anticipated township of KWASA Damansara. This development is located within walking distance of an MRT station, boasts of all the amenities and design quality one has come to expect of Nadi Cergas Idaman homes.
Launch of Idaman Amani
Building on the overwhelming reception of our earlier Idaman Homes launches, we kicked off our third series in Bandar Elmina. In addition to our signature amenities and quality offerings, Idaman Amani residents will enjoy the best of Bandar Elmina - a highly acclaimed and successful Sime Darby township.
